Overseas Customers
PLEASE NOTE: Overseas customers can only pay by PayPal, Credit Card / Debit card via Paypal, or direct bank transfer. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling.
PLEASE NOTE: Overseas customers are responsible for any import customs charges, VAT, shipping or handling surcharges or market place charges, levied against any orders or packages charged by shipping companies, customs offices, or local tax authorites.
In case of complaint or error please contact us within seven days of receipt of books. Any book can be returned for any reason. We will give a full refund or credit against other items, including any return postage costs incurred. We want you to be delighted with your purchases and our service.
Full money back guarantee if not satisfied with book. Books should be returned in the same condition as purchased, which means they should packaged correctly so that they do not incur damage when being returned to us.

Condition
Our stock is of a high standard and we very much appreciate the needs of collectors to have beautiful books.
All of our books are described in line with the grading categories. See our Grading page to see how we grade Hardbacks, Paperbacks and comics.
Signed Copies
We nearly always have signed items in stock, and to our knowledge all signatures are genuine. If the book was signed for us we will state this. Otherwise, please assume that we did not see the signing and therefore can only state that it is a signed copy. If we do not believe the signature is genuine we will also state this within the condition description. We also state if the book is inscribed by the author, or flat signed.
